Cuttack, Jan 18 (CRICKETNMORE): Elaborate security arrangements have been made for the second One-day International (ODI) cricket match to be played between India and England at Barabati Stadium here on January 19.

The police on Tuesday held a mock drill from the Biju Patnaik International Airport to Hotel Mayfair for the security of the players, who will arrive in Bhubaneswar on Wednesday.

Bhubaneswar Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Satyabrat Bhoi said 25 platoons of police have been deployed in the capital city for the security of players.

As many as 63 platoons of police will be deployed at Barabati stadium during the cricket match.

Besides, the anti-terrorist squad and strike force will be present at the stadium to tackle any untoward incident, said Police Commissioner Y.B. Khurania.

He said CCTV cameras have been installed inside the stadium to monitor the spectators.

After winning the first ODI in Pune by three wickets, the Virat Kohli-led side will aim to wrap up the three-match ODI rubber with a win in the second match.
