Chris Gayle holds the record of scoring the fastest hundred in IPL. While playing for Royal Challengers Bangalore, he smashed century in 30 balls against Pune Warriors in IPL 2013. Overall he made 175 runs in 66 balls (13 fours & 17 sixes). 

 

2. Yusuf Pathan - 37 Balls

India's T20 specialist, Yusuf Pathan holds the record of scoring the second fastest hundred in IPL. While playing for Rajasthan Royals, he smashed century in 37 balls against Mumbai Indians in IPL 2010. Overall he made 100 runs in 37 balls (9 fours & 8 sixes).
