Margao, Dec 17 (IANS) Atletico de Kolkata defeated FC Goa 4-2 on penalties after 180 minutes of goalless football over two legs of the semi-final play-off to enter the final of the inaugural Indian Super League (ISL) at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium here Wednesday.
