BBL 10: Disciplined Brisbane Heat Restricts Hobart Hurricanes For 148/7

Hobart Hurricanes managed to score 148/7 against Brisbane Heat in the 16th match of the Big Bash League(BBL) on Sunday. 

Earlier, Heat captain Jimmy Peirson won the toss and opted to field first. Hurricanes got off to a decent start but couldn't manage to up the scoring rate. They lost wickets at regular intervals and were unable to build partnerships. 

BBL debutant Dawid Malan scored 15 runs off 16 balls in which he only scored two boundaries. Opener D'arcy Short top-scored with 27 runs off 20 balls. James Faulkner helped in getting a decent finish to the innings with his 18-ball 26 runs.

For Heat, Lewis Gregory was the pick of the bowlers who took three wickets in his four overs and only conceded 22 runs.
