Bhuvneshwar Kumar Dismisses Jos Buttler With A Brilliant Inswinger; Watch Video Here

ENG vs IND 1st T20I - After faltering in the death despite a healthy run rate in the middle overs, team India were looking to strike early against England while defending 199. Bhuvneshwar Kumar provided just that with the new ball as he dismissed England captain Jos Buttler for a golden duck in the very first over. 

Prior to this match, Buttler's records were pretty poor against Bhuvneshwar Kumar - 64 runs in 66 deliveries with 3 dismissals. In the first over of the England innings, after the Indian bowler bowled 4 outswingers to Jason Roy, Jos Buttler was on strike for the fifth delivery after his opening partner took got off the mark with a single on the 4th delivery. 

Buttler was understandably expecting yet another outswinger. However, the 32-year-old decided to welcome the new England skipper with a booming inswinger. Buttler had no clue as the ball went through the gap between the batter's bat and pads. 

Bhuvneshwar got the delivery to curl in sharply. Buttler was looking to flick the ball and played well outside the line of the ball, expecting it to come in. The ball brushed his pads and crashed into the stumps as India got the first wicket in the very first over.

While talking about the match, England are at 18.3 in 3.4 overs, requiring another 185 runs to win. Dawid Malan (8*) and Jason Roy (2*) are at the crease for the hosts. Earlier, Indian captain Rohit Sharma won the toss & opted to bat first, after which Hardik Pandya's maiden fifty and Suryakumar Yadav's 39 helped India to 198/8 in 20 overs. Deepak Hooda also impressed with 33 runs off 17 balls. This match is being played at The Rose Bowl, Southampton.
