Conditioning camp for India A team in Bengaluru from Tuesday
New Delhi, July 11 (CRICKETNMORE): Ahead of the upcoming tour Down Under, the India A squad will undergo a strength and conditioning camp at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru from Tuesday.
The week-long programme aims to prepare the team for the tour, where the Rahul Dravid-coached side is scheduled to play one-day quadrangular series followed by two four-day games.
The camp for the Naman Ojha-led 16-member squad will be conducted by team physiotherapist Yogesh Parmar and trainer Anand Date in conjunction with NCA chief physiotherapist, Andrew Leipus and NCA trainer Rajinikant.
Dravid will also address the team during the course of the camp.
The Indian colts will lock horns with Australia A, South Africa A and Cricket Australia's National Performance Squad in a quadrangular series in Townsville and Mackay in August before the two four-day games against Australia A in Brisbane in September.
