The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) said that they are keeping in touch with their players participating in the Indian Premier League (IPL) although there is no confirmation from their board on whether more players will be leaving the country after Rajasthan Royals player Liam Livingstone left earlier.

"We continue to monitor and work with the players on an individual basis. We are offering advice daily to those that seek it. Our thoughts are with the people of India during these difficult times," an ECB spokesperson told PA.

Kolkata Knight Riders and England captain Eoin Morgan on Monday admitted that quarantine and bubble life is tough and they have to manage it.

"Certainly, I think it's challenging and it does have to be managed for players, coaching staff. When you consider the horrific nature of what's happening outside the bubble, we try and lend our support and encouragement for everything that's going on not only in India but around the world," said Morgan after his team scored a five-wicket win over Punjab Kings in Ahmedabad.

"If you're going out stay safe, wear a mask, social distance. We've seen first-hand at home how devastating it can be," he added.

While three Australian cricketers have already left the Indian shores citing personal reasons i.e. they don't want to get locked out of their country, none of the English players apart from Livingstone has left India.

Ben Stokes and Jofra Archer pulled out of the IPL due to injuries and are recuperating at home
