  • Time – 11:00 PM IST
  • Venue – Sophia Gardens, Cardiff

England vs Sri Lanka, 2nd T20I Match Preview:

England's batting was at its usual best last night as they chased down a modest total in no time. Jos Buttler scored a brilliant fifty which was well supported by his opening partner Jason Roy. Liam Livingstone, who had a terrific T20 blast recently, will be the player to watch out for.

Chris Woakes had a nice comeback to the international side conceding just 14 runs in his three overs. Adil Rashid is the X-factor.

All will depend on how Sri Lanka's top-order plays. Danushka Gunathilaka had a decent start last night but couldn't make it a big one. Kusul Perera will be the key batter. Dasun Shanaka would want to continue his form in this game as well.

There wasn't much to defend for the bowlers. Wanindu Hasaranga is the next big thing in Sri Lankan cricket and will play a crucial role in this series.

England dominated Sri Lanka yesterday and are looking favorites to win this game as well and take an unassailable lead.
