India vs Sri Lanka: Virat Kohli has achieved a lot of fame and name through the career courtesy of his impeccable batting and aggression. Kohli has also been the only player to represent the same franchise in IPL since 2008 till even now in 2022, and Bangalore is surely like his home.

The fans at Bangalore didn't fail to make the 'King' feel welcomed at M Chinnaswamy and after the end of play on Day 2, several fans rushed to the middle of the field, dodging the guards and running towards the great batter without caring for themselves.

And all this, just to get a 'selfie'! If this doesn't indicate the fan-following and the significant cricketing contribution of the former Indian captain, nothing can. The guards ran behind the fans to stop them from running to the middle, but the fans ran harder just to meet their idol, Virat Kohli.
