IND v NZ: Kane Williamson Will Miss T20Is Against India, Tim Southee Named Captain
In the upcoming New Zealand's tour of India, Kiwi captain Kane Williamson is set to miss the T20I series, consisting of 3 matches. Tim Southee will captain the NZ T20 side against India in the first T20, to be played on Wednesday at Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur.
Kane Williamson will apparently focus on the 2 match test series against the same side which is to commence from 25th November. Williamson & company, 15-man-squad, landed in Jaipur less than a day after T20 Title was denied to them by the Kangaroos in Dubai.
The 3 T20I matches would take place on Wednesday (November 17), Friday (19 November) & Sunday (21st November). After that, the 2 match test series will feature Kane Williamson, who has joined the NZ test specialist group already training in Jaipur.

Daryl Mitchel, Mitchell Santner, Glenn Phillips & Kyle Jamieson are fit to play and will participate in the full tour of the 2 series. Lockie Ferguson picked up a right calf-strain injury, but he is progressing well and is expected to be available for the T20 series.
