India vs Sri Lanka: Yet another half-century by Shreyas Iyer guides India to a six-wicket win over Sri Lanka in the 3rd T20I to finish the three-match series 3-0.
Chasing a modest total of 147 runs, India lost Rohit Sharma early but had no problem as Shreyas continued his dream series. He along with Sanju Samson added 47 runs in the powerplay.
Samson scored 18 before Chameera Karunaratne got him out just after the powerplay finished but Iyer continued and added another 38 runs with Deepak Hooda for the third wicket.
India lost two wickets in quick succession of Hooda and Venkateshwar Iyer but Shreyas was in complete control of the game and was helped by Ravindra Jadeja to finish things off in 16.5 overs and complete the clean sweep.
This is India's 12th win in a row in T20Is, equalling the record set by Afghanistan.
