India Thrash West Indies By 88 Runs; Clinch 5-Match Series 4-1

Indian bowlers displayed a fabulous performance as they bowled out West Indies for 100 runs in 15.4 overs, winning the match by 88 runs. With this win, India have clinched the 5-match T20I series by 4-1. 

Axar Patel struck in the first over of the West Indies innings as he clean bowled Windies' opener Jason Holder for a duck. West indies went on to lose wickets at regular intervals, where Shimron Hetmyer was the lone warrior with 56 runs off 35 balls with 5 fours & 4 sixes. 

For team India, spinners grabbed all the wickets, with Ravi Bishnoi picking up 4 wickets while Axar Patel and Kuldeep Yadav registering 3 wickets each.

In the first innings, Shreyas Iyer scored a scintillating fifty while opening the innings as India posted 188/7 in 20 overs against West Indies in the 5th T20I.

Iyer smacked 64 runs off 40 balls with 8 fours & 2 sixes to provide a good foundation for team India. Captain Hardik Pandya scored 28 runs off 16 balls with 2 fours & 2 sixes to finish well for team India. 

For West Indies, Odean Smith grabbed 3 wickets while Jason Holder, Dominic Drakes and Hayden Walsh managed 1 wicket each.

Earlier, India captain Hardik Pandya won the toss & opted to bat first against West Indies in the 5th T20I. This match was played at Lauderhill, Florida.
