Kohli's Fastest To 12,000 Runs -

Virat Kohli completed 12,000 runs in his ODI career as he took a single at Sean Abbott's ball in the 12th over of the match. Kohli completed the deed in 242 innings. He became the fastest batsman to complete 12,000 in One Day Internationals. Kohli broke the record of Sachin Tendulkar, who earlier achieved this feat in 300 innings. 

Jadeja - Pandya's Record Partnership:

Hardik Pandya and Ravindra Jadeja added 150 runs in 108 balls for the sixth wicket. This is the highest sixth-wicket partnership against Australia in ODIs from the Indian side. It is also the third-highest partnership for the sixth wicket in ODI from The Indian side. The highest sixth-wicket partnership was between Ambati Rayudu and Stuart Binny, who scored 160 runs against Zimbabwe in the year 2015. In the second place, Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh had scored 158 runs against Zimbabwe in the year 2005. 

11th Left Hand Bowler To Play For India:

T Natarajan becomes the 11th left-hand bowler to play for India. Karsan Ghavri was the first left-hand fast bowler of India. Zaheer Khan was the most successful left-hand bowler to play for India. The list also includes RP Singh and Ashish Nehra.
