Bangladesh beat India by 6 wickets in the second ODI

21st June, Mirpur (CRICKETNMORE) - Bangladesh won the second ODI by 6 wickets to pull off their maiden ODI series victory against India. With this win Bangladesh also qualified for the 2017 Champions Trophy.

Toss - MS Dhoni (India) won the toss and elected to bat first


Indian Innings - Another five wicket haul by Bangladesh new sensation Mustafizur Rahman (6/43) reduced India for a paltry total of 200 in 45 overs. Shikhar Dhawan (53) and MS Dhoni (47) were the top scorers for the team. 


Bangladesh Innings - A brilliant unbeaten fifty by Shakib-ul Hasan (51*) ensured match and series win for Bangladesh. Apart from R Ashwin (1/32), no other Indian bowler was able to put pressure on the Bangladeshi batting.

Series Score - Bangladesh is leading the 3 match series by 2-0


Record - Mustafizur (Bangladesh) became the only second bowler in the ODI history to took two five wickets haul in first two ODI played.
