IPL 2021, SRH vs RCB, 6th Match Probable Playing XI: Will Kohli Stick To Winning Combination?
In the 6th match of IPL 2021, Sunrisers HyderabadSRH) will meet Royal Challengers Bangalore(RCB) in Chennai. SRH is coming into the match after suffering a defeat in the last match while RCB won a thriller in their season opener.
Sunrisers Hyderabad failed to chase a 180 plus total in their last match despite having a solid top-order. Jonny Bairstow played his usual attacking innings but David Warner was out early and Manish Pandey, although scored 61 not out, failed to finish the game. It is unlikely that SRH will change their batting lineup after just one loss.
The only change Hyderabad might want to make will be how they approach their batting. Since they took a defensive approach in the last game as they scored fewer boundaries than KKR, which ultimately cost them the game.
Mohammad Nabi had a decent outing with the ball but failed to contribute with the bat. Considering the last season's performance, Jason Holder might replace him for this contest but spinning conditions will play a role in the final selection. Bhuvneshwar Kumar had an off-game. Rashid Khan will be the key bowler in the middle overs, especially against RCB's batting trio.
Royal Challengers Bangalore chased down 160 in their last match on the very last ball courtesy of AB de Villiers. One can expect de Villiers to come in the second half of the batting innings only and be used as a finisher. Devdutt Padikkal is likely to replace Rajat Patidar in this game. Glenn Maxwell will be the key player for RCB in the middle overs.
Harshal Patel took five wickets in the last match and could be a game-changer in this match as well especially in the death overs. Yuzvendra Chahal hasn't been in great form lately but will remain a threat for the batsman.
Sunrisers Hyderabad has an upper hand over Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL. However, considering SRH's not yet settled batting line-up, RCB is looking favorites to win the contest.
