8th August (CRICKETNMORE) - As per the latest ICC Test Bolwers Rankings, England's James Anderson becomes the new No.1 bowler after dethroning India's off spinner Ravichandran Ashwin. The big gainer in the ranking is Australian fast bowler Mitchell Starc who has jumped into seventh place following his first 10-wicket haul in Tests against Sri Lanka in Galle.
