MI vs PBKS IPL 2022: Jitesh Sharma has been a revelation for Punjab Kings this season as he has shown signs of being an explosive batter. In the match between Mumbai Indians & Punjab Kings, Jitesh yet again provided a good finishing as he played 15 balls unbeaten with a strike rate of 200.

The 28-year old keeper-batter was batting at 3(4) when Mumbai Indians pacer Jaydev Unadkat came on to bowl the 18th over. Unadkat bowled the first delivery slower and outside off, and Jitesh sliced the loft and it had enough to clear Suryakumar Yadav at wide long-off for an 86-metre six.

The second delivery was pitched by Jaydev Unadkat full on the stumps and right in the batters slot. Jitesh drove with the full face of the bat with power. The excellent shot dodged SKY positioned at wide long-on and Pollard made an excellent effort at long-on and dived full-length to his left but the ball travelled swiftly towards four.

Jaydev Unadkat went with another slower delivery outside off, providing a lot of room for the batter. Jitesh went forwards and lofted the ball clean and crispy over extra-cover, as the ball flew all the way for a six.

On the last ball of the over, full delivery on the stumps, Jitesh used his creativity and used his bat as a hockey stick to send the ball over the third man, collecting 23 runs in the over.
