Kohli becomes fastest to score 8000 ODI runs
June 16 (CRICKETNMORE) - India captain Virat Kohli has become the quickest batsman to score 8000 runs in ODI cricket. He took 175 innings to reach the landmark. He went past AB deVilliers, who got to the landmark in 182 innings.
The big moment came during the course of his unbeaten 96 off 78 deliveries against Bangladesh in Thursday's ICC Champions Trophy semi-final in Birmingham.
