Pakistan beat New Zealand in the first Test by 248 runs

Thursday, Nov 13, Abu Dhabi - Pakistan beat New Zealand in the first Test by 248 runs on the fifth and final day in Abu Dhabi on Thursday, taking a 1-0 lead in the three-match series.

With this victory, Misbah becomes the most successful captain for Pakistan, with 15 Test win under his belt.  The top order collapse in both the innings costed New Zealand the game. For Pakistan, Yasir and Imran grabbed the vital wickets, while Hafeez too got the all important wicket of Williamson yesterday.
