Pakistan beat West Indies by 6 wickets in 3rd ODI

April 112 (CRICKETNMORE) - Pakistan beat West Indies by 6 wickets in the third ODI in Guyana on Tuesday to seal a 2-1 series victory. Shoaib Malik cracked an unbeaten century for Pakistan to guide his team surpass the target of 233 with 41 balls to spare and 6 wickets remaining.

West Indies - 233/9 in 50 Overs

West Indies captain Jason Holder won the toss and opted to bat. Half-centuries from Jason Mohammad (59) and Shai Hope (71) had helped West Indies post 233 for nine.

Mohammad Amir, Junaid Khana and spinner Shadab Khan took 2 wickets each for Pakistan.

Pakistan - 236/4 in 43.1 Overs

Chasing the victory target of 237, Pakistan suffered early blows and were put on the backfoot by West Indies bowlers with 36/3. The fourth wicket stand of 113 runs between Mohammad Hafeez (81) and Shoaib Malik (101*) took the match waway from West Indies. 

Malik hits two sixes and ten fours in his unbeaten century. Shannon Gabriel took 2 wickets for West Indies.
