India vs Sri Lanka: From suffering to find consistent middle order to having a problem of plenty, Indian team management's headache increased double fold with Shreyas Iyer's classical display of batting in all three T20I matches against Sri Lanka.

In the ongoing 3rd T20I match between India and Sri Lanka at HPCA Stadium, Dharamsala, Shreyas Iyer smacked his third consecutive fifty in the series and is leading the Indian run chase of 147 runs. Iyer has been on another level in this series as he hasn't been dismissed in the three matches, batting at number three in all of them.

During his third half-century innings in the 3rd T20I, Shreyas Iyer displayed yet another classical shot on the second delivery of the 3rd over today. Rohit Sharma was yet again dismissed by Dushmantha Chameera in the 2nd over, and hence Iyer had to come early in this match as well. However, Iyer continued his good form, and on the seventh delivery, he faced, smacked a gorgeous 'slap shot' for a six.

Shreyas Iyer shuffled across the line as he often does to disturb the line and length of the bowler. The 27-year-old first went across the stumps, then came backed away and uppercut it over backward point on a short delivery which was very wide.

While talking about the match, Sri Lanka posted 147 runs in their 20 overs after being asked to bat first. Lankan captain Dasun Shanaka smacked 74* runs of 38 balls with 9 fours & 2 sixes to power his team to a fightable total. Avesh Khan picked up 2 wickets while Mohammad Siraj, Harshal Patel and Ravi Bishnoi picked up 1 wicket each. India started the chase meekly after losing Rohit Sharma in the 2nd over and Sanju Samson in the 7th but Shreyas Iyer held one end and made sure India stay in the game with yet another fifty.
