Steve Smith completes 4000 runs in Test Cricket
14th August (CRICKETNMORE) - Steve Smith becomes the youngest Australian cricketer to reach 4,000 Test run mark. He did this with a boundary against Sri Lanka on the second day of the third and final Test. He became the 26th Australian batsman to reach landmark. Smith who is 27 years and 73 days old broken the record of the former Australian legend Ricky Ponting.
Ponting reached the milestone at the age of 27 years and 338 days. The youngest player who holds this record is great Indian legend Sachin Tendulkar who achieved this milestone at the age of 24 years and 224 days. Also Check Pics of Ajinkya Rahane with his Wife.
