The Playfield - Sports Journalists Come Together For A Cause

The Playfield is a fortnightly sports magazine that was launched on 2nd January 2021 with a group of sports journalists coming together for this noble venture to raise funds for some from our fraternity who suffered job cuts during the Lockdown.

Former hockey Olympian Zafar Iqbal and India off-spin great Harbhajan Singh are the Brand Ambassadors and members of the Advisory Board. 

The Founder Members of The Playfield are R Kaushik, Sukhwant Basra, Nikhil Naz, Manoj Chaturvedi, R. Ramachandran, Austin Coutinho, Purnemaa Narayanan, Ashwin Krishnan, and Vijay Lokapally. The Playfield is also available on Kindle, Amazon.in and Magzter.

The magazine has rich content with features like The Big Interview and Column in each issue. The column is written by a different star each fortnight.

The features are diverse in subject and penned by well-known sportswriters.
