USA to host first One Day International
The first One Day International (ODI) to be played on USA soil will take place on 13 September, when the hosts face Papua New Guinea in the first match of the second tri-series of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup League 2, which also includes Namibia.
The six-match tri-series on the road to the Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 sees USA and Namibia make their debuts in the Men’s CWC League 2 competition, with PNG participating in their second series. Teams will play four ODIs each in 11 days in Fort Lauderdale between 13 and 23 September and will be aiming to make their mark on the league table.
