WATCH: 2-Minute Tussle Between Ben Stokes & Jermaine Blackwood In West Indies vs England 2nd Test
WI vs ENG 2nd Test: West Indies vice-captain Jermaine Blackwood and English all-rounder Ben Stokes were seen in an intense battle of words on the field. The issue escalated quickly and the umpires had to intervene to resolve the issue. Jermaine Blackwood was batting at 82* in the second test match between West Indies and England when this incident happened.
On the 4th ball of the 103rd over, Blackwood shouted 'NO' immediately after playing Stokes delivery. Ben Stokes seemed a bit off with Blackwood's reaction and went up to exchange some words with the batter. On seeing things heating up, senior umpire Joel Wilson, Ben Stokes and English captain Joe Root were seen in a deep conversation.
However, Ben Stokes and Jermaine Blackwood seemed unmoved by this tussle and kept on exchanging words throughout the over. After the match, Blackwood said, 'I like playing against Ben Stokes, it's always for the good. I like fighting, and when I'm batting it pushes me to perform even better. Stokes had been doing it for quite some time and I liked joining in the fun.'

Jermaine Blackwood went on to say, 'I think this cricket is good. I don't have any problem and it increases my self-belief. Whenever I see someone attacking me or throwing some words at me, it inspires me to focus more on my performance. I'm actually happy that he behaved in the way he did.'
While talking about the match, at the end of Day 4's play England are at 40/0, with a lead of 136 runs. English team posted 507 runs and in reply Windies scored 411/10.
