WATCH: Irfan Pathan Can Still Move The Ball With Perfection
The memory of Irfan Pathan as a bowler is still fresh in the minds of cricket lovers. They still remember how Irfan used to bowl 'banana swing' to the batters, who didn't where the ball will end up.
Even though it has been years watching him do that banana swing but Irfan Pathan can still move the ball at will to trouble the batters.
In the first match of the Legends League Cricket, India Maharajas allrounder Irfan Pathan was brought into the attack in the 10th over with recently retired Pakistani batter Mohammad Hafeez at the crease.
Hafeez had already scored 16 off 12 and was looking to dominate the new bowler from the first ball itself. He tried to cut Pathan's length ball but found Munaf Patel at the third man on the first ball of the over.
Two deliveries later, we saw a classic Irfan Pathan dismissal where he moved the ball just a bit into the new batter, another Pakistan legend Mohammad Yousuf, who also tried to cut but it was too close for him and he got the edge straight to the keeper, Naman Ojha.
