WATCH: Prasidh Krishna Gets Top Of Middle Stump Straight Through Wriddhiman Saha's Bat & Pad
In the final match of IPL 2022, Gujarat Titans have a target of 131 runs in front of them and Gujarat fans were hoping for a good start by opener Wriddhiman Saha. However, Rajasthan Royals pacer Prasidh Krishna had different intentions and completely dazzled the experienced player, dismissing him clean bowled.
Saha played deliveries and scored 5 runs before getting dismissed. This incident happened in the second over of Gujarat's inning when Wriddhiman Saha seemed dazzled with Prasidh Krishna's pace. Before getting dismissed on the 4th delivery, Saha had also smacked a brilliant boundary on the third delivery. However, the delivery which got the better of him was too fast for him to judge the movement.
The first delivery by Prasidh Krishna dislodged Wriddhiman Saha's top of middle stump as the bowler provided the opening wicket for Rajasthan Royals with a low total on the board. After this, Trent Boult provided the wicket of Matthew Wade which caused a bit of frenzy in the GT dugout as RR came back in the game. Gujarat would have been a worse state if not for a dropped catch by Yuzvendra Chahal as Shubman Gill received a lifeline.

While talking about the match, Rajasthan Royals posted a total of 130 runs in 20 overs after opting to bat first. Orange cap holder Jos Buttler yet again took the onus of RR batting on him and it looked like even today he'd play a big & match-winning luck. However, Gujarat Titans captain Hardik Pandya dismissed the batter as Wriddhiman Saha took an easy catch behind the stumps. Buttler scored 39 runs in 35 deliveries and remained as the top scorer for Rajasthan Royals.
