When Was The Last Time India Played Against Namibia?

The beauty of ICC tournaments is that many new players and sometimes even new teams come out of the ranks to compete and showcase their talent. 

In the T20 World Cup, 2021, several associate teams qualified to play against the well-established test-playing nations. One such team that has impressed the most is Namibia. 

Namibia won two games in the qualification stage and made into group 2 that consisted of India, Pakistan, New Zealand, and Afghanistan. 

Playing and giving a tough competition to the world-beating Indian side is special for any associate player who needs recognition. 

Namibia has never played a T20I against India. The last time these two teams met was back in 2003 at the ICC World Cup, where India defeated Namibia by 181 runs.

They will, for the first time in 18 years, meet the Indian side in the shortest format of the game at a stage where both teams need a win to remain relevant in the competition. India and Namibia will face each other on 8th November in Dubai in the final clash of the T20 World Cup group stage.
