It the icon / 173 comes from the kind of society that we have built over the years where women have always been known to be treated as inferiors. How can this be done? This mentality is disturbing and needs to be condemned. If there was a culture of freedom and equality for everyone, these things would not have happened. People would have a fear of not judging anyone on gender. It is a question of equality and how we internalise this.’ This was a new aspect of Virat’s personality. Standing up for womens issues with a firm message.
