Day 1 of the Pink Ball Test at Bengaluru's M.Chinnaswamy Stadium saw 16 wickets falling, including India getting bowled out after opting to bat first. Shreyas Iyer was the top scorer with 92 runs. 

In reply, Sri Lanka lost six wickets. Jasprit Bumrah took three wickets, Mohammad Shami two, and Axar Patel one. Niroshan Dickwella and Lasith Embuldeniya are currently on the strike.
