With KL Rahul not available for the 1st ODI, Suryakumar Yadav is likely to play at number 5. There is a good chance both Deepak Hooda and Washington Sundar might play in the first game. 

Deepak Chahar is likely to take the new ball. Mohammad Siraj and Prasidh Krishna will accompany him in the pace attack. Yuzvendra Chahal will be the specialist spinner. 

West Indies have a terrific batting lineup on paper. Nicholas Pooran and Shai Hope will be the key batters at the top. Jason Holder's all-round skills will be invaluable in this series. 

Akeal Hosein will be the player to watch out for this series. He is the potential game-changer for West Indies. Watch out for his power-hitting skills lower down the order.
