Quotes

James Faulkner: I got smacked the last two times I bowled here, not sure if I like this ground as a bowler! It is tough to bowl, I thought AB will hit me for six sixes. Bangalore is a very good team. This is a nice win. We needed a fair few runs. Smith batted exceptionally well. It gave us lot of momentum. This is a good team effort.

Shane Watson: We always got belief. We knew we were in front of where Bangalore were at that stage. Smith and Faulkner were excellent to finish off the game. It was incredible. We wanted to give Faulkner enough balls to see what he can do. He has done an incredible job. This is a big win, Yuvi batted unbelievably well. For us to win after that knock is fantastic.

Virat Kohli: We were not able to hit the yorkers in the end. 66 runs in 4 overs, 9/10 times the game should have been won. Brilliant batting Smith and Faulkner. I told the guys the ball travels a long distance here and that's what Smith and Faulkner did. Terrific innings from Yuvi and a 4 wicket haul but it is still a shame to end on a losing side and it happens in T20.
