IND v WI: Taking a DRS is a tough call for the team and captain since there are only 15 seconds to make the decision. The captain needs to make sure that it is a reasonable gamble. Most of the time he needs to ask his colleagues about it.

Captain's main man is the wicketkeeper since most of the dismissals involve him. The first question is for the keeper then with the close-in fielders.

In the 1st India vs West Indies ODI, Yuzvendra Chahal deceived Shamarh Brooks in flight and Rishabh Pant grabbed the ball. Pant along with the other fielders appealed hard for it but the umpire turned it down.

Captain Rohit Sharma turned to Pant if he had heard an edge. Pant wasn't sure if it was the sound of the pad or bat. Virat Kohli was standing at short covers and was adamant that he heard it was the sound of the bat.

Even Rohit thought that it was a bat first. When Pant said it might not be bat, Rohit even smiled in a sarcastic way. Kohli was heard saying, "mereko toh laga bat hai (I thought it was bat)."

Rohit was convinced and took the DRS which turned out to be a correct one as Brooks did edge the ball. West Indies with this dismissal lost the sixth wicket for 78 runs.
