New Delhi, Feb 22 (CRICKETNMORE): England all-rounder Ben Stokes, who was signed for a whooping Rs 14.5 crore by Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS) for the upcoming edition, is still behind Pro Wrestling League (PWL) star Mariya Stadnik in terms of earning per minute.
Stadnik, who bagged silver in 48kg weight category at Rio Olympics, was signed for Rs 47 lakh by PWL franchise Delhi Sultans. She was called for only four bouts and remained up to 10.5 minutes on the mat during the 18-day-long season thus earning Rs 4,47,619.05 per minute.

Delhi's co-owner Anurag Batra expressed pride and said: "Although cricket is different from wrestling or other sports, format-wise, in terms of earning per minute on field of play, Mariya is way ahead of Ben Stokes.
