Let's take a look at the best impact players to watch out for in the DC vs LSG IPL match today:

Trending

1) Kuldeep Yadav - The left-arm wrist spinner has started this season well, picking four wickets at an economy of 6.95.  Kuldeep could have a great outing against LSG where the batters aren't the best smashing spin bowlers. Even though their averages against wrist spinners are good but the strike rates aren't impactful.

With Anrich Nortje coming into the playing XI, if DC has a great bowling powerplay, then Lucknow batters will try to take on the spinners and Kuldeep could get rewards.

2) David Warner - The star Australian opening batter is expected to be in DC's playing XI today alongside Prithvi Shaw. The opening pair will be tough to stop for the bowlers.

Warner vs Medium Pace: 130 SR, 53 Avg, Warner vs High Pace: 127, 32 Avg.

Warner is an all-phase batter and has the ability to play throughout the inning at a decent strike rate. Things will get interesting when Warner will face Ravi Bishnoi.

While Warner smacks wrist spin at 153 and averages 59 against that type of bowling, Bishnoi feeds on LHBs - 11 dismissals at an average of 16 and economy of 6.49, recently.

3) Quinton de Kock - The South African opening batter is a terrific hitter of both pace and spin. With DC not having any off-spinner, de Kock could have a match to remember.

Quinton de Kock vs Anrich Nortje will be an interesting battle where even though the batter hits high pace at a strike rate of 165 and averages 34, facing balls consistently at speeds of more than 140 kmph could strangle him.

4) LSG Spinners

Ravi Bishnoi is someone who can make any batter struggle. Bishnoi doesn't concede many boundaries and almost 40% of his deliveries are dots. If Bishnoi maintains his control, Krunal Pandya could reap rewards.

Apart from Warner and maybe Rishabh Pant, Pandya has the ability to keep the rest of the DC batters in check. Pant will be an interesting matchup against Pandya where he strikes SLA at 143 but only averages 19 against it.
