Kuldeep Yadav's four-fer setup a four-wicket win for Delhi Capitals against Kolkata Knight Riders in the match 41 of the IPL 2022 played at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai.
Chasing a below-par total of 147, DC lost Prithvi Shaw on the first ball of the run chase as Umesh Yadav grabbed a stunning return catch. Delhi further lost Mitchell Marsh in the second over with the score reading 17.

David Warner and Lalit Yadav then stitched a 65-run stand in 49 balls to keep up with the required run rate. Warner scored 42 in 26 balls with the help of eight fours while Lalit hit 22 in 29 balls.
Delhi lost three wickets including Warner, Lalit, and Rishabh Pant within the space of 10 balls as KKR once again came back into the game. Axar Patel and Rovman Powell added 29 runs for the sixth wicket. Axar scored 24 in 17 balls before getting run out in the 15th over.
The Knight Riders once again saw an opportunity to get back into the match but Powell and Shardul Thakur made sure DC didn't have anymore hiccups and finished the game with six balls left. Powell remained unbeaten on 33 off 16 balls while Shardul made eight in 14 balls.
For KKR, Umesh Yadav picked up three wickets while Harshit Rana and Sunil Narine got one wicket each.
Earlier, a disciplined DC bowling restricted KKR to 146/9 in the first inning.
On being asked to bat first, Kolkata were reduced to 35/4 in 7.3 overs with Aaron Finch, Venkatesh Iyer, Baba Indrajith, and Sunil Narine back in the pavillion.
Shreyas Iyer scored 42 off 37 balls and added 48 runs in 34 balls with Nitish Rana for the fifth wicket. But Kuldeep's two-wicket over, removing Shreyas and Andre Russell in three balls, turned things again in favor of DC.
Rana played till the last over and scored 57 in 34 balls with the help of three fours and four sixes to take Knight Riders to 146. Rinku Singh scored 23 runs and stitched a crucial 62-run stand with Nitsh for the seventh wicket.
Apart from Kuldeep Yadav's 4/14 in three overs, Mustafizur Rahman got three wickets in his four overs while conceding just 18 runs; all his wickets came in the 20th over.
