Melbourne, Jan 30 (Cricketnmore): Head coach Darren Lehmann will miss Australia's One-Day Internationals (ODI) on their tour of New Zealand as he has been sidelined since being diagnosed with Deep Vein Thrombosis on January 23. Michael di Venuto will continue to serve as his replacement.
The former left-handed batsman missed the fifth and final ODI between India and Australia as well as the ongoing three-match Twenty20 International series due to the same illness.

Cricket Australia (CA) executive general manger of Team Performance Pat Howard on Saturday said Lehmann will miss the ODIs.
"We are still awaiting medical advice on when Darren is able to return to work. As he is not available for the ODI component of the New Zealand tour we have decided to remain with the current management team that will see Michael di Venuto serve as acting head coach," said Howard.
"Once we have all the information about Darren's situation, which is likely to be later this coming week, we will be able to provide a further update."
The New Zealand tour includes three ODIs in Auckland (February 3), Wellington (February 6) and Hamilton (February 8), followed by two Test matches in Wellington (February 12-16) and Christchurch (February 20-24).
