GT vs RR IPL 2022 - A dramatic last over was bowled by Yash Dayal in Qualifier 1 of the IPL 2022, which saw the dismissal of Jos Buttler & Riyan Parag, and yet conceded 4 runs. An unusual series of no-ball, wide and run-outs were witnessed which delayed the end of Rajasthan Royals' innings for a bit.
With Jos Buttler on strike at 88* and having already smacked a six in the over, youngster Yash Dayal bowled full-length bowl angling away, Buttler smacked with all his might towards long-on but failed to connect properly. The opener ran for a second run with nothing to lose on the last delivery, he was run out by Alzarri Joseph & Wriddhiman Saha on the striker's end.
