Protesting against the resumption of cricketing ties with Pakistan, Sena activists stormed the Indian cricket board office stalling talks scheduled between Board of Control for Cricket in India president Shashank Manohar and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Shahryar Khan.

The two were to discuss the fate of the bilateral series between India and Pakistan in December.

"Hearing about incidents related to disruption of BCCI work in Mumbai. Cricket Board welcome to meet in Kolkata," Banerjee tweeted.

Banerjee had earlier offered Kolkata as venue for the concert of Pakistani ghazal maestro Ghulam Ali after the scheduled concerts in Mumbai and Pune were cancelled following Sena's opposition.
