Dubai, Oct 13 (IANS) Due to the cancellation of Tuesday's third ODI between India and the West Indies in Visakhapatnam, Mahendra Singh Dhoni's side will not be able to leapfrog Australia -- who top the Reliance ICC Team rankings following their 3-0 series victory over Pakistan -- even if they win the next two matches against the Windies.

Australia, who lost their place at the top after the loss to Zimbabwe in Harare Aug 31, raced to 114 points thanks to Sunday's dramatic one-run victory in Abu Dhabi.

This will help them remain 0.02 ratings points ahead even if India win the remaining two matches -- Oct 17 and 20 -- of the five-match series.

The third ODI between India and West Indies was cancelled due to cyclonic storm 'Hudhud', which wreaked havoc in the costal city of Visakhapatnam.

Meanwhile, in the ODI bowlers' rankings, Australian fast bowler Mitchell Johnson has moved up two places to fifth following figures of three for 24 runs and three for 40 in the opening two ODIs.

Pakistan’s Mohammad Irfan has jumped five places to 27th position after claiming three wickets in the series.

In the rankings for batsmen, Australia’s hard-hitting opener David Warner has risen three places to 40th after scores of 43, 29 and 56.
