In the 20 matches played till now, many records have been made and broken. Each team will have played at least five matches after the end of the Kolkata Knight and Chennai Super Kings match today, 7 October.

Every franchise during this time has tried out different combinations and playing XIs. While few players have made their debut this season, many players have not been able to make it to the final playing XI even once. 

When the tournament reaches its exact midpoint, a "Mid-Season Transfer" window will get open. The transfer window, which was introduced in IPL in 2018, will allow franchisees to exchange players under certain terms and conditions. 

Here are the terms and conditions of how the "Mid-Season Transfer" window will work:

1) The players can only be exchanged once each team has played at least seven matches. 

2) Only those players can be exchanged, who have played less than two matches in the season. 

Here is the list of players who are currently eligible for the "Mid-Season Transfer" from each team:
