The 15th season of the Indian Premier League is about to conclude, with only two matches left to be played. The 2nd Qualifier will be played on Friday (27th May) and the Final will be played on Sunday (29th May), at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad.
Even though Royal Challengers Bangalore have been playing since the inception of IPL in 2008, the Bangalore-based franchise hasn't managed to win a title yet, despite qualifying for playoffs 8 times and playing the finals twice.
However, in IPL 2022, the franchise's fortune has seemed to change, as Mumbai Indians defeated Delhi Capitals in the 69th league match to put RCB through to the playoffs. The team went on to defeat Lucknow Super Giants by 14 runs in the Eliminator, and will now face off against Rajasthan Royals in the 2nd Qualifier to get a chance to play the finals against Gujarat Titans.
