Coming into this match, Spain were leading the 6-match series 4-0 with the 2nd T20I washed out due to rain. However, the Spanish bowlers didn't slow down a bit as Mohammad Kamran and Atif Mehmood picked up 4 wickets each. In a combined 8 overs, 3 overs were maiden while only conceding 10 runs.

Kamran also picked up a hattrick as the Isle of Man were bowled out quickly. After the hosts opted to field first, Kamran picked up the first wicket off the very first ball. Mehmood dismissed George Burrows via LBW while Kamran picked up a hattrick by dismissing Luke Ward, Edward Beard and Christian Webster to reduce the Isle of Man total to 5 runs for 4 wickets.
