IPL 2022 SRH vs RR: The way Kane Williamson was dismissed in the match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals has raised multiple questions. Sunrisers Hyderabad fans are expressing their anger on social media sites. In the second over of SRH innings, Prasidh Krishna's 4th delivery took Kane Williamson's bat's outside edge and went towards wicketkeeper Sanju Samson.

However, Sanju Samson failed to complete the catch and the ball slipped off his hands towards the 1st slip. Devdutt Padikkal fielding at slip took the catch but it wasn't clear at first sight as to whether Padikkal completed the catch cleanly or not. On-filed umpire referred the decision to the third umpire, giving the soft signal as out.

The third umpire pondered over the replays from various angles and went on stand with the on-field umpire's soft signal of out. The netizens are now discussing the dismissal and the catch and some are even trolling the umpires. 

While talking about the match, Rajasthan Royals thrashed Sunrisers Hyderabad by 61 runs. After losing the toss, RR posted 210/6 in 20 overs with captain Sanju Samson smacking a fifty. Sunrisers Hyderabad in reply managed to score only 149/7 as Prasidh Krishna and Trent Boult picked up 2 wickets while spinner Yuzvendra Chahal managed 3 wickets. This match was played at Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Pune.
