Kolkata Knight Riders are riding on Venkatesh Iyer's supreme form with the bat and Rahul Tripathi's consistency. Nitish Rana, too, has been in good touch lately. Dinesh Karthik's inability to give a powerful finish is hurting KKR.

Kolkata tried Tim Seifert in the last match but for the finishers' role. He might be promoted up the order considering Eoin Morgan's form. Tim Southee might replace Ben Cutting to add more depth to KKR's batting lineup.

Sunrisers Hyderabad has nothing to lose. Wridhiman Saha has had a decent run as an opener. A lot will depend on how Jason Roy plays; if he goes long, SRH might score big. Kane Williamson needs to step up his game. Jason Holder is the key player for Hyderabad.

KKR has dominated the rivalry against SRH. So far, the two teams have played 20 matches against each other, in which 13 have been won by Kolkata.
