KKR all-rounder Andre Russell displayed all-round performance, first powering the team to a total of 177/6 with 49* off 28 deliveries, and then picking up 3 wickets with the bowl.

Kolkata Knight Riders moved to the sixth spot from eighth after a win against Sunrisers Hyderabad. With only a game left in hand, KKR are at 12 points and can qualify with 14 points as well, given that other results also favour the team.
In the bottom half, DC have 12 points in 12 matches, KKR have 12 points in 13 matches, PBKS have 12 points in 12 matches, and SRH have 10 points in 12 matches.
