1) Rajvardhan Hangargekar was born on 10th November 2002 in Maharashtra's Tuljapur.

2) Rajvardhan Hangargekar clicked a bowling speed of over 140s during the World Cup but he began his cricket career as an off-spinner. He used to play for Osmanabad district U14 team, which was lacking a fast bowler so Hangargekar switched to become a pacer. 

3) Although Hangargekar had speed but lacked the control and body to become a fast bowler. Tejas Matapurkar and Mohan Jadhav trained him to become the fast bowler he is now. 

4) Tejas Matapurkar, trainer, used to call Hangargekar a 'Stallion' due to his work ethic. 

5) Rajvardhan Hangargekar made his T20 debut for Maharashtra in 2020-21 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and List A debut in Vijay Hazare Trophy 2020-21.
