In the ongoing practice warm-up game between Leicestershire and India, Indian wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant smacked a half-century and zipped his critics' mouths. However, this fifty by Pant was against and not for team India, but while playing for Leicestershire.
Pant didn't care a bit about the Indian bowlers and in his own thunderous style smacked 76 runs, laced with boundaries. Due to this tremendous knock by Rishabh Pant, Leicestershire were able to make a comeback in this match.
The explosive keeper-batter came on to bat at #4 and in an aggressive nature, scored his fifty off 71 deliveries and then went on to smack 26 runs off the next 16 balls. The 24-year-old smacked 14 fours and 2 sixes in his knock.
