The inaugural season of South Africa's franchise-based T20 league, SA20 has been a huge hit amongst cricket fans all around the world. This can be credited to the performance shown by players from all 6 teams, producing thrilling contests with an even contest between bat and ball.

International giants managed to leave their mark on the SA20 with their standout performances. After a course of 32 matches, Wayne Parnell's Pretoria Capitals are set to meet Aiden Markram's Sunrisers Eastern Cape in the SA20 final on February 11th, Saturday.

Durban's Super Giants' Heinrich Klaasen is currently the 3rd highest run-getter in SA20 with 369 runs to his name in 9 innings (10 matches). The right-handed batter scored at a strike rate of 164.25, averaging 60.50 with a ton and 3 fifties to his name.

Joburg Super Kings' skipper Faf du Plessis was the first centurion in SA20. The right-handed top-order batter scored 369 runs in 10 innings, averaging 41 with a strike rate of 147.60. Apart from a ton, Faf also scored 2 fifties in the season.
