The resultant heavy showers led to most part of the Eden Gardens going underwater.

The Knight Riders' cricketers waited for some time for the situation to improve, but then headed for the Pankaj Gupta indoor stadium located within the Eden Gardens premises for some tune up.

Menawhile, Indian pacer Umesh Yadav joined the Knight Riders' pre-tournament camp during the day.
